The day begins with an opening circle to set a safe + sacred space.
We then craft our intentions for our greatest good and highest possible healing and move into powerful practices designed to help us get clear, break through blocks, amplify our energy, magnify our manifestations, and reclaim our radiance.

The day will culminate in a healing breathwork session with sound and energy healing, followed by a closing ceremony and integration circle.

Jeffrey Warren
Jeffrey Warren is the proud owner of Auria Wellness. He is an artist, musician, author and an advanced healing arts instructor trained in more than 20 modalities.
Jeffrey is a Master Teacher / Instructor in Holy Fire Reiki, ThetaHealing, Integrated Energy Therapy, Magnified Healing and Kundalini Reiki.
He is a certified Holotropic Breathwork® Facilitator, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Fire Walk Instructor, Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, Sound Healer and Shamanic Practitioner.
Jeffrey is deeply committed to personal discovery, spiritual growth and conscious evolution through the healing and spiritual arts. Jeffrey offers personal healing sessions, dynamic workshops and energy therapy training to inspire his clients and students to activate their highest potential.
His eclectic energy training combined with years of meditation and experiential work with enhanced states of consciousness make him an excellent guide to help illuminate the path for others. His private sessions are deeply healing, transformational and provide clients with tools and techniques to further facilitate and integrate their sessions.
Iris Cullinan
Iris Cullinan is a spiritual wellness coach and hypnosis practitioner with nearly a decade of experience helping clients live into their purpose; create meaningful, lasting changes; and integrate spiritual wellness into their busy lives.
She is a Certified Life & Career Coach, a graduate of the Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis in NYC, a Certified Hypnotist by the National Guild of Hypnotists, a Certified SOMA Breath Facilitator, a Certified Sound Healer, a Holy Fire Reiki Master, and also provides intuitive readings, as well as astrology & human design.
She has also supported thousands of leaders, from nonprofits to Fortune 500, to level up their careers, teams, and organizations through her role as a Certified Executive Coach, facilitator, and corporate leadership development consultant.
