ALY GRGUROVIC
Aly began her yoga practice in earnest over 10 years ago, after the birth of her second child. She sought the physical practice, as well as the time and space to be alone with herself.
From there she found herself going deeper and deeper into the practice of yoga, finding spiritual meaning, strength, awareness, intuition, blossoming over time. This led her to eventually take a yoga teacher training at YogaBalance in Manchester, with Kate White. Aly graduated in 2020 and has been teaching ever since. In addition to her 200 hr RYT training, Aly has also studied Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Kate O’Connell.
This is where she is at now, just continuing to learn, teaching, and sharing her love of yoga. Aly teaches to all levels, helping students discover their own path through yoga. She focuses on the breath, body awareness, compassion and connection to the present moment, things she craves most deeply in her own practice.
Beyond the mat, her favorite places to be are the woods and mountains, where she spends lots of time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs, enjoying her natural surroundings, and striving to be present always!
STEFANIE BRINN
Stefanie Brinn first discovered yoga in high school and practiced occasionally, until her college days, when she was formally introduced to yoga and fell in love with all it has to offer.
She was drawn to the practice as both a tool to help her manage anxiety and as a fun way to incorporate movement into her day. Stef holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies: Dance Entrepreneurship from Plymouth State University and is an RYT 200, having completed her yoga teacher certification in 2020 through the Vidya Yoga Teacher Training program in NH.
She is also a level II Reiki practitioner. Before Stef began practicing yoga, she danced for 20 years which helped her to develop a deep mind and body connection and an interest in proper body alignment. Stef is particularly interested in helping others release both physical and mental tension, and find authenticity within their yoga practice, whether they be working towards a particular posture or learning to even out their mind through meditation.
Stef continues to explore the Yoga discipline and has completed Level I & II Restorative & Yoga Nidra certification and has started her 300hr advanced Yoga teacher training. When not in the studio, you can find her hanging out with her two cats, Pug, and her husband, or out snapping photos and exploring nature.

MEGAN PEPPER
Megan found her love for yoga 7 years ago. She wandered into a studio hoping to relieve pain in her hips from hiking. It wasn’t necessarily love at first practice, but the release of pain and stress in addition to the sense of community made her fall in love.
Megan was born and raised in southern NH, she calls herself the NH nerd, because there is nowhere else she’d rather be. She is an avid hiker, having conquered most high peaks in New England. Her love and passion for the outdoors drives her to new heights and epic adventures.
She has been guiding hikes for women since 2018. Helping women discover their potential physically and mentally on trail has become her passion. “Watching someone summit a mountain they once thought was impossible is truly magical”, says Megan. Time on trail soothes the soul for Megan, as it is her own personal therapy, and she strives to share that with others.
Much like hiking, yoga has become a place of peace and balance. After many years of practicing, she decided to take her journey just a little bit further, by just recently graduating from Yoga Teacher Training. YTT has taught her to love her body, look within when things get tough, and truly let go of expectations. These are life lessons that we all must continue to work on.
The Yoga journey is not about perfection, but about the continuation of practice, physically, mentally and spiritually.
